Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 cups soy milk (or your fav plant-based milk)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add instant coffee + powdered sugar + hot water.
  • Using an electric beater, whisk all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes stiff and whipped.
  • Top it up on your fav plant-based milk. Stir and serve.

  1. Feel free to adjust coffee and sugar as per your preference.
