Vegan Dalgona Coffee
Quick and easy vegan dalgona coffee recipe by Veganbell
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 cups soy milk (or your fav plant-based milk)
In a mixing bowl, add instant coffee + powdered sugar + hot water.
Using an electric beater, whisk all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes stiff and whipped.
Top it up on your fav plant-based milk. Stir and serve.
