Ingredients

cups
soy milk
(or your fav plant milk)
2
tablespoons
cocoa powder
4
tablespoons
sugar
(or your fav sweetener)
1/4
cup
dark chocolate chips
Tapioca starch slurry
(1 tbsp tapioca starch + 2 tbsp water) *
Pinch
of
salt
Vegan marshmallows
Instructions
Set a saucepan over medium heat. Add soy milk + cocoa powder + sugar + dark chocolate chips.
Using a whisker, whisk everything until smooth.
Once it's smooth, add salt + tapioca starch slurry. Mix again and bring it to a boil.
Keep boiling for 20-30 seconds. Vegan hot chocolate is ready.
Top it with vegan marshmallows and enjoy!
Notes
You can also use cornstarch instead of tapioca starch.
