Homemade vegan parmesan cheese like this one tastes 10x better than any packed cheeses I’ve ever tried. You can use it in noodles, pasta, quesadilla, even sandwich. (Recipes coming soon! 🙂 )
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for a couple of seconds. Voilà!
I blend mine for a couple of seconds (not more) to make the cheese grainy.
