Try this nut-free, creamy Vegan Cheese Sauce with your nachos, crackers, or even mac & cheese. I used steamed potatoes and carrot as the base. They introduce a creamy texture to the sauce.

To spice it up, I used garlic powder, onion powder and a pinch of paprika. And as always, this recipe wouldn’t be possible without our favorite nutritional yeast. Nooch makes this super cheesy and delicious.
