Easy Tahini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown.
  2. Add all the ingredients (including roasted sesame seeds) in a mixer and grind until smooth.
