Easy Onion Fritters
I am mildly oil-conscious and don’t often have deep fried snacks, but these onion fritters are really beginning to spoil me.
They are crispy, spicy, oniony, and so tasty. And the best thing is how easy it is to make them.
Just prepare the ingredients, mix them up, deep-fry them, and you’re done!
These onion fritters taste best (and crisp) when served hot. I tried them hot and cold and the difference is night and day.
Delicious vegan onion fritters recipe
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (As you're mixing them, lightly squeeze the mixture so as to release the juices from onions and potatoes)
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and give it a deep-fry until one side turns golden brown. Then flip and fry the other side until it too turns golden brown.
- Transfer the fritters onto a paper towel. Serve them hot with ketchup.
