It’s so much healthier and tastier than the ones you buy in stores (that are super high on sugar and fats). And it’s actually more economical to prepare one yourself.

You can prepare this under 20 minutes and save in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.

Yield 4 cups

Delicious, oven-baked, oil-free, homemade vegan granola. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients. Give it a quick mix.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture on top and mix everything.
  4. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Let it cool. Serve with milk + your favorite fruits.

Notes

  1. You can store the granola in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
  2. You can also add your fav dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, apricots) to the granola. Make sure you add them after the granola is baked.
