Vegan Garlic Pasta

If you enjoyed my mac & cheese, you will absolutely love this recipe. The trick is to make sure the garlic is properly infused with the oil while cooking. I recommend using extra virgin olive oil for this.

Sprinkle vegan parmesan (I used herbed vegan parmesan cheese) on top and you’ll fall in love with this one.

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over low heat settings. Add oil and chopped garlic. Stir and let the garlic infuse with oil for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add cooked pasta, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Garnish with herbed parmesan and your garlic herbed pasta is ready.
