Chocolate Quinoa Bowl

Chocolate Quinoa Bowl

My favorite supergrain gets a chocolaty twist – and it is PERFECT for morning breakfasts!

You might not think of chocolate when you’re making anything Quinoa, but these two ingredients team up to make a nutritious and delicious (dessert-ish) recipe.

As always, the list of ingredients I’ve used is really simple.

Chocolate Quinoa Bowl

Quinoa takes quite a while to cook so I suggest you cook them for 15-20 minutes over low heat. I used soy milk but you can use any dairy-free milk you like.

You can choose to use your fav fruits as toppings. I used a combination of banana, papaya, pomegranate and kiwi in mine. So colorful and delicious!
