Matcha Smoothie Bowl
Happy vegan day, everyone!
I’m celebrating this beautiful morning with this incredible vegan matcha smoothie bowl (with the trail mix I prepared earlier). So very delicious!

Vegan Matcha Smoothie Bowl
- In a food processor (or high speed blender), add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to serving bowl(s) and top with chocolate trail mix. Serve chilled. (Do not spend 15 minutes taking pics like we do - it will turn a bit liquidy).
- Nutrition chart does not contain macros from the Trail mix.
- You can easily substitute bananas with frozen mangos, papayas, and berries.
