Mango Chia Pudding

This is a simple chia pudding recipe with 3 ingredients – chia seeds, soy milk, and mango puree.

I topped it with some homemade granola (recipe here), and some more mango puree. Perfect for morning breakfast. 🙂

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes. You can also let it rest overnight in the fridge.
  • Serve chilled with granola, vegan yogurt, or your fav fruits.
