  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.
  2. Add maple syruprolled oats, and cinnamon. Mix well and freeze it for about 15 minutes. [ This will soften the oats ]
  3. Bake for 15-18 Minutes at 180 C (or 350 F). 
  4. That's it. The cookies taste best when chilled.
