I tried this internet-favorite whipped Dalgona coffee…and I must say, I really enjoyed it.

It basically requires 3 ingredients (instant coffee, sugar, plant-based milk) and is incredibly easy to prepare.

Dalgona Coffee Ingredients

We’ll begin by combining all the ingredients using an electric beater / whisker.

After 4-5 minutes, the mixture will start to lighten up in color and becomes stiff and whipped.

Aaaaand that’s about it! Top it on your fav plant-based milk and serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 cups soy milk (or your fav plant-based milk)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add instant coffee + powdered sugar + hot water.

  2. Using an electric beater, whisk all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes stiff and whipped.

  3. Top it up on your fav plant-based milk. Stir and serve.
