Vegan Chocolate Quinoa Porridge
Hi friends!
I want to share with you a simple and easy porridge recipe that I’ve been enjoying lately.
Chocolate and quinoa sound like a strange combination, but together they team up to make an incredible dish.
It’s creamy, chocolatey, protein-packed, delightfully spiced, and is so yum (I ran out of adjectives there).
It almost sounds like a dessert…but it isn’t.
In fact, you can enjoy this as a full-blown meal but itself. I make it for breakfast every now and then.
Simply top it off with your favorite fruits and you’re golden. You can even serve it cold during summer, and warm during winter.
Let’s go!
