Ingredients

Instructions

  • Set a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the mixed berries.
  • Stir well and bring it to a gentle boil. Using a masher, mash until the berries are soft and pulpy.
  • Add maple syrup + chia seeds and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool and transfer to a jar.

Notes

The jam stays fresh in an air-tight container, in the fridge for up to 1 week.
