Golden Milk, aka Turmeric Milk, aka Haldi Doodh, is a hot, cosy, and spicy beverage that was originated here in India and is now popular all over the world.

It’s traditionally made using dairy milk, but we believe our plant-based version tastes better and does not curdle.

I have used young turmeric root for this recipe but feel free to use turmeric powder.

The maple syrup can be replaced by sugar.
