Walnuts and almonds are the ‘base’ of this recipe. Cacao powder + a touch of vanilla flavoring gives it an AMAZING flavor.
Raw Cacao Energy Bites
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- In a food processor, add walnuts + almonds + cocoa powder. Blend in short bursts until coarse.
- Add vanilla flavoring + dates and blend in short bursts until the mixture is sticky and clumpy.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have about 10 balls.
