  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup dates (pitted)


  • In a food processor, add walnuts + almonds + cocoa powder. Blend in short bursts until coarse.
  • Add vanilla flavoring + dates and blend in short bursts until the mixture is sticky and clumpy.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have about 10 balls.
