Fall is right around the corner and this is a perfect time to experiment with some pumpkin recipes. 

What I have for you today is a delicious pumpkin spice smoothie.

The ingredients, as always, are simple and easy to stock – frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, rolled oats, maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice), almond milk (or dairy-free milk of your choice), chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice.

I also added a couple of ice cubes to make it chilled, and an inch of ginger for the extra ‘warmth’.
