Slice. Sprinkle. Mix. Bake. These oven baked potatoes are that easy to prepare.

Easy Oven Baked Potatoes

You don’t even have to peel the skins if don’t want to. Just wash the potatoes clean and slice them into long wedges.

To spice things up a bit, I used a couple of herbs and spices. I love the mild garlicky taste so I’ve used garlic powder in mine. Plus you can never go wrong with a ‘bit’ of smoked paprika.

With that being said, you can always experiment with whatever herbs and spices you have in your pantry. Let make some easy oven baked potatoes.

  1. Slice the potatoes into long wedges and add them into a large bowl.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 F (200 C) for 35-40 minutes. Your oven baked potatoes are now ready.
