If you enjoyed my mac & cheese, you will absolutely love this recipe. The trick is to make sure the garlic is properly infused with the oil while cooking.

I recommend using extra virgin olive oil for this.

Sprinkle homemade vegan parm, or some grated cheeze and serve.

  1. Set a pan over low heat. Add oil + chopped garlic. Stir and let the garlic infuse with oil for 5-6 minutes (do not brown).

  2. Add cooked pasta, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Garnish with homemade herbed vegan parm or grated cheeze. Serve.

Note : You can choose your fav type of pasta you like to prepare this dish. Traditionally, Aglio e Olio is made using spaghetti. I only had macaroni in my pantry so I used that one. 🙂
