Easy Garlic Bok Choy Recipe

Super simple, quick, and easy garlic bok choy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 500 gm. bok choy (17 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds, to top

Instructions

  • Set a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil + chili oil. Once hot, add garlic and stir-saute for 1-2 minutes, or until they're nicely brown.
  • Add bok choy and stir-saute for 2-3 minutes or until the leaves wilt.
  • Add soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Delicious garlic bok choy is now ready. Serve as is, or serve over rice, or with your favorite meal. 🙂
