I made a dip with vegan mayo, ketchup, and chili oil. Turned out great.

  • Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Transfer them to a large mixing bowl and add olive oil + salt + pepper.
  • Mix and coat well.
  • Transfer to your air fryer basket. Give it a quick shake so the potatoes are evenly distributed.
  • Air fry at 200 F (~390 F) for 13 minutes. When the timer beeps, remove the air fryer basket and give it a good shake.
  • Put the basket back on and air-fry for another 13 minutes (same temperature).
  • In the meantime, combine vegan mayo + ketchup + chili oil in a small mixing bowl. Dipping sauce is ready (and it's delicious!).
  • Transfer the air-fried potatoes to a serving bowl(s) and enjoy.
